ICYMI: EO13873 - Securing the Information & Communications Technology (ICT) & Services Supply Chain

Updated: Mar 14, 2022

On May 15, 2019, President Trump issued Executive Order 13873: Securing the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and Services Supply Chain, prohibiting using components in our critical infrastructure made by foreign adversaries (i.e. China, Iran, Russia).

This Executive Order calls for the “Secretary of Homeland Security, in coordination with sector-specific agencies and COORDINATING COUNCILS” to identify the ICT “hardware, software, or services… relied upon by critical infrastructure entities”.

The EISCC is one of those coordinating councils and ES&S is a member of the EISCC.

If ES&S has software, hardware, or components made in China, Secretary Even certified a fraudulent election. This is enough to warrant an investigation into opening and conducting a full forensic audit of We the People’s voting machines.
